SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, depending on countries of destination.
Rates are based on size and weight, as well as on the recipient's country.
The rates include packing, shipping, and whenever required (specifically, shipping outside of the EU) all required documentation for the export of artwork.
We use trusted couriers which supply clients with a tracking number.
Depending on day of departure, deliveries within Europe and Italy may arrive within 1 week.
For other countries please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from delivery.
Communicate by email your intention to return, including photos of the painting as received, and the reason for returning.
We will then provide instructions for the return of the item.
Insurance and adequate packing necessary.
No reimbursement if the artwork is returned damage due to inadequate packing.
Full reimbursement of the cost of the painting will be made within 15 days from receipt of the returned artwork.
